I just ran over to Arby's to get a Jamocha shake, I was craving one pretty badly. I am sitting here in my office drinking this frosty cold deliciousness. I think next to strawberry shakes jamocha is the next best thing, followed by chocolate. You?

Ohhh it is freaking delicious, go to Arby's right now and get one. It is a cross between coffee and mocha shake, sooooo good!!

1 cup cold coffee

1 cup low fat milk

3 tablespoons of sugah

3 cups vanilla ice cream

3 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Serves 2...now go make some.
