Summer Travels-****Fixed it you couldn't comment before!
Well I just gave my boss my vacation schedule for this summer, I am not quite sure that he is happy about it, but I could care less.
Manchester, Tennesee (Bonnaroo) June 15-19th
Denver, Colorado (Casey's Birthday) June 29-July 2nd
Boothbay Harbor, Maine (Home) July 13-23
This year I am taking my friends Julie and Heather with me, we will fly into Boston stay over night in Southy with a few of Julie's friends and than on the 14th take a train to Maine. I love taking trains, it sure beats the hell out of Greyhound. The train that goes from Boston to Portland is called the Downeaster, it takes you about 2 and a half hours, but the scenery you see on the trip is well worth the ride.

Yay for summer travels! The train to Maine will certainly not have rain! ps. No travels for me except a camping trip until Hawaii at Christmas. But I'll live. Have fun!!!!! |

You could come to Florida while I am here, but I must say you would have to dodge hurricanes and deal with 90+ degree heat, but it builds character. |

I don't think I am ready for such a character building experience! lol...Maybe I'm just traumatized. The last time I visited Florida, I was about 10. My little brother wiped a booger on my bare leg in the car. I threw up all over the new white hat I'd just gotten from Cypress Gardens, and my mom got bitten by fire ants trying to clean it up. Of course, I got blamed for all of it... |

We are going to West Palm beach for Memorial day wkend and my 30th birthday...we also hope to take another cruise in the fall depending on how busy my husband is with work. And of course a couple Boston/Red Sox weekends! |
