On my way to work this morning I realized that it was May 2nd. Just as I realized that, there it was a Best Buy. Today is the day the new Tool & Pearl Jam Albums come out. I whipped my little Subaru into the parking lot, ran inside and got myself both albums for a mere $21.10 including tax. I had no idea that new releases from Tuesday to Saturday were $9.99 a piece.
I am listening to 10,000 days first and than onto Pearl Jam. 10,000 days is pretty much rocking hardcore so far, another great album, ahhh it seems like I have been waiting forever for new Tool. Oh wait, I have. The graphics inside both are well worth buying the albums vs. downloading them.

i TOTALLY forgot about that. I should get the new PJ album too, what with me seeing them on the 13th and all. I gotta say though, I'm not big on the new Tool single...fuck it. I'll buy it anyways. |

Sweet, thanks for reminding me about Pearl Jam!! My friend is going to see Tool tonite @ the Paramount, so I told him to give me a full description! |

I'm having a hard time accepting that Pearl Jam is back. They were once one of my faves, but do they really have comeback ability? Tool on the other hand, always great. |
|
This new Pearl Jam is supposedly a throw back to 'Vitalogy' days as far as sound and concept, more raw...angry...dare I say grungy. |
|
i got the new pearl jam early, it's really good. and where did pearl jam come back from? they've been around.... |
|
lol...i thought it was someone from pj woops. anyway, i heard some of the new tool, it's really good. i thought they broke up. |

Nope they were just on a hiatus. I listened to the Tool album the first half of the day, beginning to end and than the PJ album the second half of the day. Definitely worth the 20 bucks. |
