Wu Tang Reunion

I had the best freaking time last night, I got to Revolution at 9 last night just in time to see Method Man and Rza walking off the bus with a plume of smoke billowing out behind them.  Doors opened at 9 and unfortunately I was half cocked when I arrived.  I brought my camera so I could take some pictures for Moonz, and the rascally little bastards at the door would not let me bring it in.  I tried to take some pics on my cell phone but the quality just sucks. 

I generally don't like to go to hip hop concerts because of the gangster scene. I went this time because it was a little club downtown, and I felt I would have a lesser chance of getting shot!  At the last two "rap" concerts in Miami there were shootings, so you can understand my concern. 

I really can't stand going downtown, the place just pisses me off.  I'm more of the laid back beach girl!   Everytime I go down there it's a mob scene.  Guys walking around with there chests all puffed out trying to impress the ladies.  You can almost smell the testosterone in the air!  So no big difference last night.  It was the ususal scene you walk out of a bar you are having a good time, and boom there they go two, three maybe even four guys last night beating the shit out of eachother.  I can't tell you how many bloody faces I have seen downtown.  Annoying and not to mention a total buzzkill!

So the concert was great they did some of ODB's stuff they played Shimmy Shimmy Ya which is one of my favorite ODB songs!  Danced my ass off, blazed through the entire show and had a blast. Rza & Method did a fucking awesome rendition of This Thing!  They played a good mix of old stuff and new, all together worth the $32.50!!
