The Bomb has been dropped!!
My boss (and friend of 8 yrs) has decided to shut down my company. I knew this was coming but at first it was the end of March, than last Monday we were going to close down in the end of February and as of Friday he informed me that he can only pay me till the end of this week. Now this would not be a big deal if I had savings but like a lot of people I know I pretty much live paycheck to paycheck.
Now for the good news, (I think) two of my co workers have already started another commercial mortgage company with a residential lender in Ft. Lauderdale. I spoke with them Saturday and there is a place for me...yippee!! My role would be as an office manager for both the commercial and residential companies. The only thing is I am just going to have to figure out how to get through this month.

I prefer PBR's, if I'm going to stray from Miller Lite. I think after this weekend my liver can use a break anyways!! |
